Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is from Vignerons de Mancey, who produce some exceptionally well-rounded Crémant wines that have rightfully achieved enormous recognition. Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Vignerons de Mancey is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% Aligoté from selected vineyards, and the wine is aged for up to 24 months before release, which is an extraordinarily long time for a Crémant. The wine was reviewed with ★★★★★ in Politiken: "Clean, fresh, and quite upright. Shows ripeness and depth in the fruit and a dry and appetizing finish. Relatively simple in style, but with good density and a good balance between fruit and structure." 12% - 75 cl.
