This 2026 release of Compagnie des Indes Jamaica Navy Strength 4-year-old rum, featuring a new design, is a successor to the old Compagnie des Indes Jamaica Navy Strength 5-year-old rum. The Jamaican rum is released by the independent French bottler, Compagnie des Indes, and has matured in ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of 4 years.

Company of the Indies

Compagnie des Indes is an independent rum bottler. Florent Beuchet is the likeable Frenchman behind these rum bottlings, which focus on a number of renowned distilleries such as Foursquare (Barbados), Uitvlugt/DDL (Guyana), Worthy Park (Jamaica), and Caroni from Trinidad (now closed). Florent Beucher is true to the concept of authentic rum, so Compagnie des Indes is, with few exceptions, produced without added sugar.
