Compagnie des Indes Jamaica Rum is a blend of distillates from four different distilleries in Jamaica. All the rums in the blend have been aged for a minimum of 5 years in American ex-bourbon barrels and have had 10 grams of cane sugar syrup added per liter. The sugar helps bring harmony to the Jamaican rum's funk. 43% – 70cl. Aroma of fresh banana, chamomile, elderflower, apricot and taste notes of raisins, ripe bananas, mirabelle plums and a hint of rubber.

Compagnie des Indes is an independent rum bottler. Florent Beuchet is the likeable Frenchman behind these rum bottlings, which focus on a number of renowned distilleries such as Foursquare (Barbados), Uitvlugt/DDL (Guyana), Worthy Park (Jamaica), and Caroni from Trinidad (now closed). Florent Beucher is true to the concept of authentic rum, so Compagnie des Indes is, with few exceptions, produced without added sugar.
