CERO2 Chinola Gin
CERO 2 Gin Chinola is a gin made from spirits of locally grown Dominican sugarcane. The residual biomass from the sugarcane is used as fuel at the distillery, and the CO2 released during the fermentation process is captured and reused as fizz in soft drinks. And it is actually a ship gin, which, like ship rum, matures at sea before bottling. The transport from the port of Boca Chica to Northern Europe is completely CO2-neutral on a motorless sailing ship, and when the gin arrives, it is bottled in recycled bottles. And last but not least, the distillery helps support education for local schoolchildren. CERO 2 Gin Chinola has classic, crisp juniper and citrus notes, as well as notes of the local Dominican passion fruit, chinola. A gin that can be enjoyed with a completely clear conscience. The series also includes CERO 2 Pure Gin. 40% - 70 cl.
