Tequila Cascahuín er blandt de allermest traditionelle destillerier i hele Tequila. Det indlærte håndværk gennem generationer har skabt en kvalitet, der overmatcher de nye og mere moderne metoder til fremstilling af tequila. Eksempelvis har Tequila Cascahuín genindsat en gammeldags tahona til at knuse den bagte agave - dog er det nu en el-motor og ikke et æsel, der trækker det voldsomt tunge stenhjul.
