Bristol Classic Reserve Rum of Haiti 2004 comes from Rhum Barbancourt in Haiti. The fresh sugarcane juice is fermented for 72 hours, after which the mash is pot-distilled and then aged in American oak barrels. Bristol Classic Reserve Rum of Haiti 2004 was distilled in June 2004 and bottled in 2015 without the use of any additives. Bristol Classic Reserve Rum of Haiti 2004 offers the "real deal". A beautiful, golden colour, and the aroma is soft and fruity. The taste is less sweet than the average rum, but well-balanced with notes of fruit and oak.
