Bapt & Clem's Belize 4 Year Rum
Bapt & Clem's Belize 4 ans d'age is released by the French armagnac producer Darroze, and the rum comes from Travellers Distillers on the island of Belize. Travellers uses local molasses, which is fermented and distilled in a triple column. Marc Darroze has selected this rum after several years of barrel aging in Belize, after which it was transported to Gascony and aged for an additional 9 months in small oak barrels that previously contained sweet wines from Jurançon. Bapt & Clem's Belize 4 ans d'age rum has a taste of, among other things, flowers, honey, fine spices, and dried fruit. The name Bapt & Clem's comes from Marc Darroze's two sons, whose names are Baptiste and Clément. Limited bottling - only 1,010 bottles. 47% ABV - 70 cl.

Bapt & Clem's
Bapt & Clem's is a rum series from an independent bottler in the French Armagnac region. From Southwest France, the founder Marc Darroze has worked with the Armagnac brand Darroze for 20 years, but has also ventured into rum, cognac, and calvados. Bapt & Clem's rum releases are very limited, and they are produced "naturally" without the addition of sugar. The rum brand is also named after his two sons, Baptiste and Clément.
