Ardnahoe 5 yo Cask Strength Batch No. 1 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky comes from the ninth and - at the time of writing - newest distillery on the Scottish island of Islay, so well-known for its whiskies, especially the peated kind.

Ardnahoe Distillery was founded by Stewart Laing together with his sons Andrew and Scott. In 2018, they laid down their first whisky in casks, and now we eagerly await their ongoing bottlings.

This particular Ardnahoe 5 yo Cask Strength Batch No. 1 whisky was aged in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at 60.9% abv. The single malt whisky is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
