A.H. Riise Old St. Croix XO Explorer Denmark is, as of August 1, 2024, a new exclusive Explorer series honoring the brave scientists, adventurers, and explorers who, in A.H. Riise's time, contributed to mapping and understanding the world. The A.H. Riise XO Explorer series consists of a number of Limited Editions released in various countries in very limited quantities of individually numbered bottles. A.H. Riise Old St. Croix XO Explorer Denmark has been created specifically for A.H. Riise fans and collectors in the respective countries where the Explorer editions are released, and these bottles are released in very limited numbers. The Danish XO Explorer edition is limited to only 6,960 bottles and is an exclusive Limited Edition blend from the West Indies and Central America.
The aroma offers notes of caramel and ripe fruit, while the taste presents powerful umami from oak, tobacco, old leather, and sweetness from burnt figs and candied citrus peel. 40% - 70 cl.
