Old St. Croix (formerly "A.H. Riise") Non Plus Ultra La Galante is a limited edition in Old St. Croix's exclusive Non Plus Ultra series. Like the rest of the series, Old St. Croix Non Plus Ultra La Galante is a spirit based on carefully selected West Indian and Central American casks. Each cask in the blend has been chosen because it best captures the essence of the West Indies' flora.
Old St. Croix Non Plus Ultra La Galante has aromatic notes of orange, caramel, crème brûlée, vanilla, mahogany, bay leaf, and oak. The taste is sweet, full-bodied, and complex, spicy and well-rounded with hints of vanilla, orange, and lemon. Rich, creamy, and long finish. Old St. Croix Non Plus Ultra La Galante comes in a beautiful, faceted decanter in a gift box, and just like with previous releases in the Non Plus Ultra series, it is a collector's item in limited quantities.
