Abuelo XV Finish Collection Three Pack is a gift box with 3 x 20cl bottles of Abuelo XV Oloroso, Abuelo XV Napoleon, and Abuelo XV Tawny. Abuelo XV Oloroso is a 14-year-old rum, made through the solera process in American white oak barrels and then matured for 1 year in Oloroso Sherry casks. Nose: Cocoa and vanilla. Taste: Sweet fruit, vanilla, and notes of wood.
Abuelo XV Napoleon is also a 14-year-old rum, made through the solera process, carefully selected by Varela Hermanos themselves, and then matured for 1 year in Napoleon Cognac casks until bottling. Notes of vanilla, caramel, wood, and a hint of pepper.
Abuelo XV Tawny is also a 14-year-old rum, made through the solera process and then matured for 1 year in Tawny Port casks. Only produced in small quantities, which makes this rum more exclusive. Sweet and round with a taste of chocolate and ripe fruit.

Ron Abuelo is a consistently medium-sweet rum series, which, however, even from its 7-year-old edition, also boasts good complexity that balances the sweetness in a pleasant way. In other words, Ron Abuelo offers good rum for your money! The distillery's showpiece is Ron Abuelo Centuria Reserva de la Familia, which was named Best New Rum at the Golden Rum Barrel Awards in October 2011 in London.
