The story of Boulder Whiskey began in 2011, when Alastair Brogan moved from Scotland to Colorado with his 1,000-gallon Forsyth Still to seek his fortune as a producer of whiskey/whisky. Naturally, Boulder bourbon is made, but as a Scotsman, Alastair also had to show that single malt whiskey could be made in the USA. And peated/smoked whiskey too...
