Arcane

Arcane Rum is a rhum agricole-like style, based on pure sugarcane juice instead of the typically used by-product molasses, on which most rum production is based. Mauritius is located off Madagascar near South Africa and has a turbulent history, including Dutch, French, and English rule (the French were the first to introduce slaves to produce sugar). Today, there are 3 rum distilleries on the island. Arcane offers a very special rum experience, and the range includes the younger Arcane Delicattisme and the 12-year-old Arcane Extraroma.
