Bowmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Bowmore 12 Year Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky differs from other good single malt whiskies in that it maintains the traditional floor malting of barley. Only local peat is used for drying the barley. The distillery's famous vaults are located below sea level, and this is where the various selected whisky casks are stored until they are ready to be bottled. Bowmore 12 Year Old is a beautiful amber-coloured whisky with notes of lemon and honey, bound together by Bowmore's characteristic smoky taste. On the palate, it is warm and delicious with fine hints of dark chocolate and peat smoke. Long and delicate finish. 40% - 700 ml.

Bowmore
Bowmore whisky distillery is the oldest on Islay, dating back to 1779. In 1997, the company was sold to Suntory from Japan. At the Bowmore distillery, most of the barley used for whisky production is malted on-site.
