HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON ROMBO.DK
To make a purchase on Rombo.dk, you need to go through 5 steps: 

Find the item(s) you want, add them to your shopping cart, and then proceed to checkout.Approve our terms and conditions
Enter your personal information
Choose shipping/payment method
Check that all information is correct on the summary page and approve the purchase

SHIPPING/PAYMENT
To have your item delivered in Denmark, you must pay for shipping if your order is less than DKK 500. For orders over DKK 500, there is free delivery to a parcel shop in Denmark, and for orders over DKK 750, there is also free delivery to businesses and private addresses in Denmark. When you order items from us, you can choose between flexible delivery solutions and find the delivery method that suits you. Choose a pickup point or parcel locker near your home/work and get delivery from only DKK 42. Distribution of business and private parcels costs from DKK 55 and DKK 65 respectively. Applicable for Sweden: shipments to Sweden cost from DKK 89, and the customer is responsible for paying local duties/customs.

SELF PICK-UP
Items can be picked up at our store at Falkoner Allé 46, 2000 Frederiksberg by choosing "self pick-up" as the delivery method when ordering. Ordered items can then be picked up at the store, which is open Monday-Wednesday from 10 AM-5 PM, Thursday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM-3 PM. No shipping costs are charged for self pick-up, but we do charge DKK 4 for an 85% bio-based bag in which your item will be prepared for pick-up.

DELIVERY TIME/DELIVERY DATE
Normal delivery time is 1-2 days with Post Nord or GLS, who deliver parcels Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 1:45 PM on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:45 PM, on weekends, and on public holidays are usually shipped on the next business day. If you wish the item to be delivered on a specific day/date, simply state this under "comments" when you proceed to checkout, and we will ship the package 1-2 days before you wish it to be delivered. The money will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped or ready for pick-up in our store. Deliveries to Sweden are expected to take 2-5 days and are delivered with Post Nord to a pick-up point or as home delivery.

WE SEND AN EMAIL WHEN A CUSTOMER CANCELS OR MAKES A COMPLAINT
If you have sent an item back for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the handling of your cancellation/complaint.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
You must be 18 years old to shop on Rombo.dk – if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.
