We have been shipping bottles domestically and internationally since 2012 and take great pride in our handling of shipments.

We use Postnord Mypack Home for all our shipments abroad. International customers are obliged to check the local rules of importing alcohol themselves and to follow these rules.

N.B. United States shipments are temporarily suspended due to new customs regulations, until further notice.
N.B. Outside the EU requires an attachment of customs papers and the invoice. All documentation will be filled out, printed and shipped together with the parcel by us.

How we ship products safely and responsibly

Shipping bottles requires careful consideration. It is always a balance between protection,
sustainability, cost, and what is physically possible. We always do our best to ship your products safely.

Some product require special handling due to:

  • Unusual sizes and shapes
  • Stand-alone bottles, boxes or tins
  • Fragile packaging like thin cardboard
  • Details that can break off

N.B. In rare cases, the risk of damage is too high. For certain high-tier or limited products, we therefore do not offer shipping. These items can be picked up in our store or the customer can arrange and be responsible for the shipment themselves.

Our standard packing method

Some product require special handling due to:

  • 4 layer, heavy-duty cardboard outer box
  • Environmentally friendly green Flo-Pak® at the bottom
  • Cardboard dividers securing the bottle(s)
  • Additional Flo-Pak® to fill and stabilize the contents
  • Bubble wrap at the top for impact protection

When necessary, we add:

  • Bubble wrap directly around the bottle
  • Small cardboard reinforcements to lock items in place
  • Flo-Pak® inside product boxes to eliminate empty space

Tracking & delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number, allowing you to follow the shipment all the way to delivery.
