Żubrówka Bison Grass Flavoured Vodka
Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is made according to an ancient Polish recipe dating back to the 14th century. The vodka has a spicy, intense flavour with delicate notes of natural, dried bison grass and natural pure water from the deepest well in Poland. Only fine, fresh grass is used in the production, and Zubrowka Vodka gets its unique taste by running through the crushed grass several times. When the right flavour intensity is achieved, the vodka is left to mature, and finally a single original bison grass straw is placed in each bottle. Tastes excellent in a szarlotka - the Polish equivalent of apple crumble, where the vodka is mixed with apple juice and a slice of lemon is added. 37.5% – 70 cl.
