Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve Single Malt Japanese Whisky

Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve Single Malt Japanese Whisky comes from Yamazaki Distillery, which was founded in 1923 as the oldest distillery in Japan.

The owner of the distillery is Suntory Whisky, and the Yamazaki whisky series is the flagship among the various Japanese whisky brands they own (including Hibiki, Hakushu, and Toki). The Yamazaki whisky series, consisting of Distiller's Reserve, 12 yo, 18 yo, and 25 yo, has won a host of awards, and they are all aged in a combination of American oak barrels, Spanish oak barrels, and Japanese Mizunara oak barrels.

When you smell Yamazaki Distiller's Reserve Single Malt Japanese Whisky, you'll notice delicate notes of strawberry, cherry, and Mizunara oak. The taste offers notes of raspberry, peach, and coconut, among others, and it continues with vanilla and cinnamon in the aftertaste.

Only a limited number of bottles have arrived in Denmark. 43% – 70cl.
