Blaufränkisch is a beautiful red wine from Austria, where the grapes primarily originate from the vineyards of Reisbühl and Leithaberg. These areas are sheltered from the wind and year after year produce some of the most structured and mineral Blaufränkisch wines. All grapes are carefully selected from Wagentristl’s own vineyards. The wine offers an intense aroma of blackberries and black cherries. The taste is complex, making it ideal for powerful dishes or as the perfect accompaniment to grilled food. An excellent Blaufränkisch with great depth, beautiful nuances, and a long finish. Serve it at approximately 16-18 degrees for the best experience. Region/type: Blaufränkisch - Austria, Burgenland.
