Vintre Møller Sloe Gin
Vintre Møller Sloe Gin is from Danish Henrik Hammer, who is also behind Geranium Gin and Old English Gin, among others. The sloe berries are picked in autumn and steeped in gin, which is produced at Vintre Møller's own sustainable distillery in Kirke Såby. The gin used is produced with energy from wind and sun, as well as water from their own spring. Due to its lower alcohol content of typically 30% and sugar content of approx. 10%, Sloe Gin can be described as a gin liqueur. The notes in Vintre Møller Sloe Gin are dominated by gin and, naturally, also the sloe berries. 30% - 50 cl.
