Mead from Underfundig is made from organic apple juice and fermented Danish honey. Here it comes in a Sparkling edition, meaning a bubbly mead. Sweet, but not too sweet. Full-bodied, but not heavy. Underfundig Mjød Sparkling was created by brewmaster Annemarie Hartvig Jensen, who has refined the ancient Nordic mead and turned it into a delightful wine experience. Mead as a refined drink that can be ideal as an aperitif. Can also be served with charcuterie, cheeses or desserts, for example. Should be drunk ice-cold. 11% - 75 cl.
