Tomatin Cask Strength Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland region. It has been matured in both bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks, and is bottled at natural cask strength. Tomatin Cask Strength Edition whisky has an aroma of syrup, orange, citrus, pear, walnut, and ginger. Taste: burnt sugar, toasted bread, chestnut, leather, vanilla, and tobacco. Dry and spicy finish. Tomatin was voted Icons of Whisky Scotland 2016 "Distiller of the Year". 57.5% – 70cl.

Tomatin
Tomatin whisky distillery was founded in 1897 and is located just south of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The Tomatin Highland series includes 12 and 18-year-old single malt whisky core expressions, as well as the smokier Cu Bocan. Tomatin also regularly releases whiskies that have been aged in casks other than the usual bourbon barrels.
