Tomatin 18 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland region. It has been matured for 15.5 years in bourbon casks and 2.5 years in Oloroso sherry casks. Tomatin 18 Year Old whisky has an aroma of sherry, fresh apple, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and smoked heather. Taste: initially sweet, honey, and oak; followed by citrus and dark chocolate. Long, sweet, and semi-dry aftertaste. Tomatin was named Icons of Whisky Scotland 2016 "Distiller of the Year". 46% – 70cl

Tomatin
Tomatin whisky distillery was founded in 1897 and is located just south of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The Tomatin Highland series includes 12 and 18-year-old single malt whisky core expressions, as well as the smokier Cu Bocan. Tomatin also regularly releases whiskies that have been aged in casks other than the usual bourbon barrels.
