SBS Origin French Antilles Grand Arome rum is an unaged, white rum from the French Antilles. The rum is molasses-based, distilled on a double wooden column still, and has an ester count of approximately 500 gr/hl AA. SBS Origin French Antilles Grand Arome has fruity and grassy scent notes, complemented by ripe oranges, fresh sugarcane, eucalyptus, and a hint of citrus fruit. The taste is dry with notes of white pepper and fermented stone fruits. Can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a booster in cocktails. Not chill-filtered. 57% - 70 cl.

SBS stands for Single Barrel Selection, and this series of rums is produced by the Danish rum importer, 1423 ApS, who are also behind brands such as Ron Esclavo. The SBS Rum releases are generally unsweetened (without added sugar), non-chill filtered, and at a higher alcohol strength (some of the SBS rum bottlings are even bottled at cask strength).
