Rommen er lavet på melasse, fermenteret i 2 uger og destilleret i en John Dore Double Retort pot still hos Long Pond Distillery. Efter 23 års tropisk lagring på et bourbonfad har den fået yderligere 8 års kontinental lagring hos Ferrand i Frankrig på et cognacfad.

Når man dufter til denne Planteray Rum Jamaica STCE 1995 Prestige Cellar rom, fornemmes bl.a. kamper, læder, kokos, grape, blomme og nødder. Smagen byder på noter af kaffe, ananas, mynte, bivoks, nelliker, kanel, lakrids, safran, cedertræ og nougat.

Her får du en helt unik rom med fuld smæk på duft og smag. Ester-indholdet er på 648 g/hLAA, og der er ikke tilsat sukker.
