Pisco Barsol Quebranta

Barsol Primera Quebranta is a clear brandy made from Quebranta grapes (Peru's only true local vinifera variety), which yields an incredibly clear and pure pisco, traditional and classic in its expression. It's fantastic for cocktails such as the classic Pisco Sour. Barsol Primera Quebranta is produced at Bodega San Isidro in Peru and adheres to Peruvian law regarding pisco production. The distillery is the oldest in Peru and is located in the Ica region, the birthplace of pisco. Pisco has been produced for over 100 years at Bodega San Isidro, providing incredible experience and unique knowledge, resulting in one of the most recognized piscos internationally. In production, only grapes from their own vineyards are distilled. This ensures the quality of the grapes and thus the pisco. Barsol Primera Quebranta Pisco is distilled in copper pot stills and aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. 41.3% - 70 cl.
