Patridom Seleccion Exclusiva is based on both molasses and fresh sugar cane juice. After distillation, this "premium spirit drink" has matured in American and French oak barrels in a tropical climate in the Dominican Republic. The maturation takes place between 6 and 12 years, where its aroma and taste develop. Patridom Seleccion Exclusiva smells of sweet pastry, pudding, caramel and vanilla and has strong flavor notes of dark sugar, coconut and vanilla.
