Old St. Croix Black Barrel
Old St. Croix (formerly A.H. Riise) Black Barrel is infused with a secret blend of spices, giving it a hint of cinnamon and vanilla, among other flavors. Furthermore, it is said to have been aged longer in oak barrels that have been charred on the inside, so the surface is blackened. This process is believed to contribute to its dark color, hence the name Old St. Croix Black Barrel (The Black Barrel).
Try it as a Stormy St. Croix:
4 cl Black Barrel
8 cl ginger beer
A splash of fresh lime juice
Garnish with a dried lime slice if desired
