No. 3 White Rum Jamaica St. Catherine is a white, unaged rum from Jamaica, based on molasses and distilled in a Forsyth pot still. The rum has the WPH marque and is a milder rum with an ester count of 240-360. No. 3 White Rum Jamaica St. Catherine is the third release in Romdeluxe's series of white rums, released as part of Romdeluxe's 'white rum school', which aims to shed light on the properties and characteristics of unaged rum. On the back of the bottle, you'll find a QR code that leads to Romdeluxe's white rum universe, where you can also find recipes for delicious cocktails. 65% vol. - 50 cl.
