Mount Gay XO Triple Cask Blend consists of a complex blend of specially selected rum distillates, both from column distillation and from double pot stills. The rum is then aged for 5 to 17 years in 3 different types of barrels: American whiskey barrels, bourbon barrels, and cognac barrels. Mount Gay XO Triple Cask Blend has a beautiful balance and aromatic notes of ripe bananas, toast, and warm spices. Taste: notes of salted caramel, baked figs, clove, and dark chocolate. The finish is round and smooth. 43% - 70 cl.
