Lochlea Harvest Edition First Crop is a Single Malt Lowland Scotch Whisky from the family-run Lochlea, led by Laphroaig's legendary former Distillery Manager, John Campbell. At Lochlea, they take their time, grow their own grain, and distil and mature the whisky on site. For the production of Lochlea Harvest Edition First Crop, three cask types were used, contributing to the whisky's unique character. The whisky has been matured in port casks, Oloroso sherry casks, and first-fill bourbon casks. Lochlea Harvest Edition First Crop has aromas of oat biscuits, fresh apples, and pears, and flavour notes of strawberries, violets, and toasted marshmallows. The finish is light and elegant with a juicy hint of strawberries. Limited 2022 edition with 9000 bottles worldwide. 46% - 70 cl.
