Hayman's Old Tom Gin
Hayman's Old Tom Gin is a gin that stays true to the original style of True English Old Tom Gin, which the English fully enjoyed in the 18th and 19th centuries. This gin style had far more ingredients, more flavor, and was packed with all the goodness of nature. Old Tom Gin has a special character and is therefore also a key ingredient in various classic gin cocktails.
Hayman's uses a large amount of botanical flavorings in their family recipe for this Old Tom Gin, creating a rich gin with dominant citrus and juniper character. An underlying sweetness is perceived, which is rounded on the palate with a beautiful and delicate finish. The aroma offers, in addition to juniper and citrus, notes of spices and forest floor. The taste is rich and soft with citrus and a sorbet-like sweetness, and the delicate aftertaste also gives hints of strawberry.
