Frederiksberg London Dry Gin is distilled in a specially designed 30-liter pot still, and its production has utilized, among other things, lavender flowers from Haveselskabet's Garden and acorns from Frederiksberg Garden. The man behind this award-winning gin is none other than Henrik Hammer, who is also behind Geranium Gin from 2009 and Old English Gin from 2012. Henrik himself grew up in Frederiksberg.

Here is the complete overview of the 7 Frederiksberg London Dry Gin "botanicals" that are processed, infused, and distilled: juniper, fresh lavender flowers from Haveselskabet's Garden, acorns from Frederiksberg Garden, pink grapefruit peel, wild angelica root, coriander seeds, and liquorice root. Nose: spicy juniper and citrus, leading to delicate floral notes. Taste: juniper and coriander seeds take center stage, and fresh citrus takes over, with underlying notes of liquorice root, nuts, and flowers.
