Eau-de-Vie Aged Cherry Brandy
Eau-de-Vie Vieux Kirsch from Jos Nusbaumer is their top-quality eau-de-vie (water of life). Only the best fruit is used, and in large quantities. For 1 litre of cherry brandy, 11 kg of cherries are used. After distillation, it is aged for 5 years in barrels and finally adjusted with spring water from their own source in Vosgues. The finished kirsch is a clear spirit with intense fruit notes of cherries and almonds. Can be enjoyed neat as a brandy or used in cocktails or cooking. 45% – 700 ml.
