Dolin Dry is a French vermouth that is very suitable for cocktails such as a Dry Martini or a Manhattan. Dolin Vermouth Dry is made from a unique blend of 15 spices and plants, which are steeped in an Ugni Blanc white wine. Among the 15 botanicals, absinthe, brooklime, rose, and orange peel are the most well-known. Dolin distinguishes itself from its competitors by reportedly using a higher percentage of wine in its vermouth variants. Dolin Vermouth Dry has an aroma of lemon peel and light menthol, while the taste offers notes of French Alpine plants, almond, and lemon.
