Cotswolds Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky
Cotswolds Sherry Cask Whisky is the first release of Cotswolds Distillery's annual Sherry Cask whisky. It is a blend of whiskies aged in specially selected sherry casks, giving it a fruity and rich character. Emphasis has been placed on diluting the whisky as little as possible, and therefore it is bottled very close to cask strength at 57.4% ABV. Cotswolds Sherry Cask Whisky has aroma notes of demerara sugar, roasted beans, and cherry pie, while the taste notes offer dark fruits, roasted nuts, and chocolate, finishing with pepper, oak, and dried fruit from the sherry cask. 57.4% - 70 cl.
