Compañero Gran Reserva is a sugar cane spirit released by Danish 1423, which has blended Jamaica (pot still) and Trinidad (column distillation). Compañero Gran Reserva is first aged in the Caribbean and then finished and bottled in Denmark. The intense and sharp taste from Jamaica and the softer style from Trinidad form a well-balanced whole in a sugar cane spirit that offers great value for money. 40% – 70 cl.

Compañero is made by the Danish company 1423 ApS, who are also behind, among others, the Patridom sugarcane spirit series and the SBS (Single Barrel Selection) rum series. Compañero's various editions of sugarcane spirits are based on rum distillates from Panama, Jamaica, and Trinidad. Compañero is also Spanish and means "friend" or "companion".
