Chairman's Reserve Spiced Original Rum from St. Lucia Distillers is a blend of column-distilled rum and pot-still-distilled rum with an average age of 5 years. The rum is matured in used American oak barrels from Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Buffalo Trace. Initially, the maturation takes place separately in the different barrels, but after blending, the rum undergoes an additional 6 months in the same barrels. The Chairman's Reserve Spiced Original Rum edition has been infused with "Bois Bandé bark" as well as local spices and fruits such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon, and orange peel. Chairman's Reserve Spiced Original Rum can be enjoyed neat or used in long drinks/cocktails. 40% - 70 cl.

Chairman's Reserve Rum is produced by St. Lucia Distillers, which makes rum using both column and pot still distillation. St. Lucia Distillers also produces Admiral Rodney Rum, among others. The Chairman's Reserve rum series includes the Finest Rum edition for cocktails and The Forgotten Cask for pure enjoyment.
