Calle 23 Tequila Blanco is made from 100% agave and comes in a fresh, modern bottle design. Calle 23 Tequila Blanco is produced by first cooking the agave hearts in stainless steel autoclaves and then fermenting them with two different types of yeast to preserve the distinctive agave flavour. The agave hearts are then distilled to 54% alcohol, which is diluted with spring water to 40% and bottled. Calle 23 Tequila Blanco has a distinct agave flavour and notes of citrus, apples, pears, and spices. In addition to being enjoyed neat, Calle 23 Tequila Blanco can also be used as an ingredient in cocktails such as Paloma.
