Barcelo Imperial 40th Anniversary Rum
Barcelo Imperial 40 Aniversario anniversary rum is a blend of well-aged rum that has matured for up to 10 years in specially selected American oak barrels and then received a 2-year finish in French oak barrels with varying degrees of toasting. After this, the master blender selected the best batches of this rum and aged it for an additional 10 years in French oak barrels, resulting in an excellent product. Barcelo Imperial 40 Aniversario rum has aromatic notes of raisins, caramel, crème brûlée, dry spices, and cherries. The taste is semi-dry and rounded with fruit, nuts, and spicy oak, culminating in a long finish of pepper and tobacco. Barcelo Imperial 40 Aniversario rum can be enjoyed neat or paired with a good cigar, aged cheese, dark chocolate, and red meat. 43% - 70 cl.
