A1710 Diamond Rock Rhum Blanc Extraordinaire rum is the distillery's bestseller and named after a rocky island 3 km south of Martinique, which resembles a diamond when the sun's rays reflect off the cliffs. The rum is made from fresh sugar cane juice and distilled in the distillery's pot still, named 'la Belle Aline', which is a single copper pot combined with a smaller column with seven copper plates. A1710 Diamond Rock Rhum Blanc Extraordinaire has notes of plums, chestnuts, white fruits, almonds, and sugar cane, followed by leather and minerality. The rum is the distillery's bestseller and an easily accessible, drinkable rum that is well-suited as an ingredient in various cocktails. 50.5% – 70 cl.

The distillery is named after the year 1710, when Jean Assier arrived (the 'a' stands for "arrivé") in Martinique and founded Habitation du Simon, where his descendant Yves Assier de Pompignan opened the distillery in 2016.
