Tres Hombres La Palma 2013 Edition 04 rum
Tres Hombres La Palma 2013 Edition 04 is a 15-year-old rum, made for Tres Hombres by Aldea Distillery with local sugarcane on Gran Canaria. The rum is pot still distilled, aged in French oak barrels, and semi-sweet.
The exciting story of Tres Hombres rum originates from the beautiful Tres Hombres sailing ship, which transports its Fairtransport Rum from rum producers to the Netherlands, after which the same ship sails on to, among other places, Denmark to unload the year's "rum harvest". The 2-masted ship has no engine, so it takes a skilled captain to dock if the wind is blowing. We have often visited the ship ourselves when it has been in Copenhagen.
Tres Hombres La Palma 2013 Edition 04 is a limited edition rum that actually left the market many years ago, but we managed to find some forgotten bottles at the Danish importer in September 2025.
