Absinthe - Pastis

Absinthe is made by steeping various herbs such as anise, wormwood, and fennel in a strong alcohol. It is then distilled and additional herbs are added before being diluted to the final alcohol percentage, which is usually between 50-70%. At Rombo.dk, we offer a range consisting of Lehmann absinthe and Tarquin's Cornish Pastis. Absinthe spoons can also be purchased.
