The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow Single Malt Whisky

The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow whisky is the third release in the Harmony Collection. It was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate Scotland's lush, fertile lands, connecting all who have stood upon them through generations. The collaboration can be seen, among other things, on the presentation box, which features photographs taken by Mary McCartney from The Macallan Estate.

This collaboration celebrates the shared values between The Macallan and The McCartneys, where love and respect for the natural world are paramount.

The Harmony Collection is an annual release series, with each release revealing distinctive and innovative packaging that seeks to breathe new life into organic by-products that have completed their usual course. It combines innovative techniques with materials from the natural world at the end of their lifespan to see them reborn with renewed purpose. To mark this deep connection to the land, discarded meadow clippings have been given new life in this presentation box and on the bottle labels.

The whisky's colour is reminiscent of a summer evening, and the aroma is rich in orange and lemon, with notes of honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut, and ripe barley fields. The taste profile offers a rich oak flavour, lemon, melon, classic scone, almonds, and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long-lasting, and complex. 44.2% - 70 cl.
