Silent Pool is a grain-based gin, made from 24 botanical ingredients. Many of them are sourced locally and include elderflower, chamomile, pear, and honey, and all ingredients are distilled individually - the most delicate even by hand. This gives Silent Pool gin its distinct floral notes and flavors of citrus, pepper, cassia cinnamon, and honey. 43% - 70 cl.
