Magnum Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Rum - 1.75 liter
Planteray (formerly "Plantation") XO Plantation XO 20th Anniversary is a tropically aged rum from Barbados, which has been further aged in small cognac casks at the Pierre Ferrand cognac house in Cognac, France. The cognac casks have imparted soft fruit notes and a wealth of flavours to the rum, which helped secure the old Plantation XO 20th Anniversary Barbados rum a gold medal in the "Premium Aged Rum" category at the Miami Rum Festival 2015.
The rum has aromatic notes of vanilla, dried fruits, coconut, and baked bananas, followed by toffee, milk chocolate, and oriental spices. It tastes of vanilla, apricot, and raisin, followed by cinnamon, Demerara cane sugar, and cocoa. Notes of oak, pipe tobacco, and crème brûlée complete the experience. Planteray XO 20th Anniversary from Barbados has a sweet, delicious, and inviting flavour.
