Patridom XO Limited Edition Tawny Port Finish is based on Patridom XO, a premium spirit drink from the Dominican Republic, bottled by 1423 and distilled by Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos from fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. Patridom XO has matured for 12 to 15 years in a tropical climate in American and French oak barrels in the Dominican Republic.
This Limited Edition has also undergone an additional continental maturation in ex-Tawny Port casks, which adds a sweet note. Patridom XO Tawny Port Cask Finish was bottled in July 2023, with a yield of 1961 bottles.
When you first smell it, you will initially encounter notes of freshly cut grass, which gradually transition to aromas of dried fruits, coffee, and spices. On the palate, you will experience sweet red berries, caramel, cherries, and blackcurrants, which together create a long-lasting sweet finish. 45% - 70 cl.
