Gruber Röschitz is part of the Röschitz series, which delivers clean, fresh, and refined wines with pronounced grape character and minerality. Both fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, with the aim of optimally preserving the fruit and freshness.
Nose: Fine notes of herbs and that incredible Grüner Veltliner fruitiness. Taste: Crystal clear, with delightful notes of apples and a hint of spice, like white pepper. Enjoy with white fish, sushi, tender vegetables, or poultry. Region/Type: Weinviertel DAC, Austria. Vintage: 2025.
