Glengoyne Legacy Chapter Three Highland Single Malt Whisky is the 3rd edition in the Legacy series, which is a tribute to some of the most significant figures in Glengoyne's history. Chapter One was a tribute to Cochrane Cartwright, and the 2nd edition was a tribute to Peter Russell, who in 2003 fulfilled his dream of owning his own whisky distillery by becoming the flag-bearer for the company. This 3rd edition is dedicated to Sir Arthur John Tedder, who championed Glengoyne's principle of letting things take their time, thereby allowing the whisky to achieve 'Unhurried Perfection'. At the Glengoyne ("Glen Guin" or glen of the wild geese) distillery, the barley is dried with warm air instead of peat, ensuring that there is no peat smoke in the whisky. Glengoyne Legacy Chapter Three Highland Single Malt Whisky is aged in the finest refill American oak sherry casks. The whisky offers aromas of vanilla, sherry, cinnamon sticks, and apple pie, among others. It has flavour notes of raisin, creamy sherry, and caramelized apple pie, among others. 48% - 70 cl.

Glengoyne
The Glengoyne distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and received its license for whisky production in 1833. It is said that Glengoyne whisky is one of the very few whiskies from Scotland that does not have peat smoke. The whisky is aged in sherry casks and generally has a relatively fruity character. The Glengoyne range includes, among others, the 10-year-old and 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky.
