Glengoyne Cask Strength Batch 10 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky has no added colouring and is non-chill filtered. The Glengoyne ("Glen Guin" or glen of the wild geese) distillery dries its barley with warm air instead of peat, ensuring there is no peat smoke in the whisky. Batch 10 has matured in sherry casks, refill casks, and bourbon casks, developing notes of pear, citrus, creme brulee, and honey, culminating in a long finish. 59.5% - 70 cl.

Glengoyne
The Glengoyne distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands and received its license for whisky production in 1833. It is said that Glengoyne whisky is one of the very few whiskies from Scotland that does not have peat smoke. The whisky is aged in sherry casks and generally has a relatively fruity character. The Glengoyne range includes, among others, the 10-year-old and 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky.
